Raina Zeeh and Tamia Wardle March 2015

Raina Zeeh and Tamia Wardle, formerly known as Raina and Tamia Larson, are sisters. Don’t be alarmed if you find them either hysterically laughing or occasionally arguing with each other over something for no good reason. They are sisters and best friends, and they are very excited to experience this mission trip together.

Raina has traveled to Vietnam twelve times, and this is her eighth time as leader of a mission team for Children of Peace International. She is binh’s “right hand man”…ahem, “woman”, and she’s the boss (even though she is the younger sister). She also serves as the database manager for COPI recording all donations, and she organizes a silent auction/ dinner fundraiser for COPI each year in the fall. She is married to a very supportive husband, Curtis Zeeh (who has also led a few mission trips) and is the mother of two amazing children, Thane and Nina, who just happen to be adopted from Vietnam. When she is not serving with COPI, her profession is a nurse, and her title is cath/EP clinical coordinator in the cardiology department of University of Utah Medical Center.

Tamia travels all over the world, but has only been to Vietnam once, as a tourist, when Raina adopted her daughter. She has wanted to go back ever since. When she is not traveling, she is utilizing her professional skills as a graphic designer. Her designs have been seen locally and internationally, and you will even see them in Vietnam. Yes, Vietnam. The illustrations on the hygiene posters were designed by Tamia along with the COPI logo and the invitations for the annual COPI fundraiser. Since graphic design is no longer a lucrative occupation, she also works part time as a pastor’s assistant at her church. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Rod Wardle, and has two incredible children, Arthur and Emma.

Raina and Tamia are anxious to check this off their “things to do with my sister” bucket list, and look forward to working with the rest of the 2015 Spring COPI mission team!
